Set up and Break down

• ​ Set-Up of personal items (toasting glasses, guest cards, cake knife & portraits, etc.)

• Break down of personal items

• Coordinating and assisting with the setup/tear down of the ceremony and reception

• Ensure personal items (decor, cards/gifts, guestbook, etc.) are collected and loaded into designated vehicle

Directing the ceremony processional

Facilitate reception events (grand entrance, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)

Coordination of floral pin ons

Being the point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests

Distributing final payments and/or tips to vendors
